McCracken, White & Associates was formed in 2003 by Peter McCracken and Brad White, with decades of appraisal experience backing each principal. Peter and Brad have been in the residential real estate appraisal business since 1978, and each worked at various real estate appraisal firms and lending institutions prior to the 2003 inception of McCracken, White & Associates.
